Network management, information security, backup, and Level 2 support. ### **Job Mission** Administer, maintain, and evolve the **IT infrastructure**, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of server, network, virtualization, and cloud environments, with proactive incident resolution and technical contribution to projects and continuous improvements. ### **Requirements and Responsibilities** **Server Administration** * Administer **Windows Server and Linux** environments, performing configurations, updates, patch application, and performance and availability monitoring. * Identify and resolve failures, ensuring service stability. **Network Management** * Monitor, configure, and support network assets such as **switches, routers, and firewalls**, ensuring connectivity, performance, and security. * Support implementation of network architecture improvements and adjustments. **Cloud & Virtualization** * Administer virtualized environments (**VMware and/or Hyper-V**), including provisioning, maintenance, and resource optimization. * Operate and support cloud services, particularly **Microsoft Azure**, adhering to best practices for availability, security, and cost-efficiency. **Information Security and Backup** * Manage corporate **backup and recovery** routines and policies using enterprise-grade solutions. * Support maintenance of information security controls, such as **antivirus, firewall, access control, and internal policies**. **Monitoring and Support** * Continuously monitor the IT infrastructure, addressing alerts and preventing incidents. * Provide **Level 2 support**, conducting root cause analysis and proposing corrective and preventive actions. **Projects, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement** * Participate in **IT environment deployment, migration, and upgrade** projects. * Develop and maintain **technical documentation and operational procedures**. * Suggest and implement improvements aimed at enhancing environment efficiency, security, and stability.
