The professional will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality of the company's technological infrastructure, providing technical support to users, and maintaining the integrity of systems and equipment. **About YOUSA:** We are a law firm specializing in U.S. immigration. Responsibilities Assemble, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and update operating systems (Mac, Windows, and Linux) and productivity software. Provide on-site or remote technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues. Configure and maintain local area networks (LAN), including routers, switches, structured cabling, and Wi\-Fi. Monitor and execute backup routines to ensure the company's data security. Assist in maintaining servers and basic network infrastructure. Identify technological upgrade needs and suggest improvements to IT processes. Monitor the system through security routines. **Prerequisites:** Technical education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. Proven experience in technical support or hardware maintenance roles. Solid knowledge of computer architecture and physical fault diagnosis. Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and configuration of network assets. Knowledge of remote access tools. Strong communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical users.
