Job Summary: The professional will plan, execute, and control civil construction projects, evaluate technical solutions, manage costs and schedules, and ensure construction quality. Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Desirable: Experience in construction sites. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of planning and quality control. What awaits you in your daily work: * Plan, execute, and control civil construction projects. * Technically evaluate solutions adopted on construction sites, investigate and resolve pathologies, and develop studies on new technologies and procedures. * Specify equipment, materials, and services. * Validate the project budget with management. * Calculate unit costs for labor, equipment, materials, and services, allocating specific and general project costs. * Collaborate with the planning team to develop physical and financial schedules, and perform updates and revisions as needed. * Submit and authorize material procurement requests and contracts through the Sienge system. * Support the procurement department in technical purchase alignment. * Assist in preparing the construction diary, identifying issues and incidents with service providers to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements. * Support contract management for service providers, preparing interim payment certificates and monitoring residual contract balances. * Assist in construction quality control, accepting or rejecting materials and services, identifying methods, and using instruments and tools for control. * Support coordination of the site technical team, assisting in delegation of responsibilities to fulfill activities while meeting cost, schedule, and quality requirements. * Interact with the design department whenever necessary to ensure updated information regarding modifications, changes, and corrections to approved execution drawings. * Monitor and assist in preparing monthly indicator reports on a dedicated platform immediately after receiving updated information. * Ensure conditions are met at project completion for technical inspections required for permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates. * Review and monitor the owner's manual to guarantee accurate information for the client. * Monitor and support inspection and apartment handover processes. * Provide technical content to the Marketing department for client communications when requested. * Conduct post-construction technical inspections to assess whether technical warranty or maintenance services are required to adequately serve the client. * Participate in training programs when invited and deliver training sessions whenever necessary. 2511190202461580158
