About the Position We are looking for a Product Owner for Technology Project Management to oversee and monitor the company's internal projects using a hybrid management model. This professional will play a critical role in balancing traditional governance—focused on timelines, costs, and scope—with the flexibility of agile methodologies, ensuring continuous value delivery aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities Coordinate internal technology projects using a hybrid approach (waterfall \+ agile). Coordinate digital product development projects using a hybrid approach (waterfall \+ agile). Plan and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring project governance. Support and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare progress reports (status reports) integrating traditional management indicators (timeline, cost, scope) and agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). Produce progress reports and present status updates to management and executive leadership. Ensure communication and integration among the development team. Promote continuous improvement and dissemination of hybrid management practices within the technology environment. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the development team and supporting the team daily to enable continuous execution and value delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Information Systems, or related fields. Prior experience in managing or coordinating technology projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid). Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban. Ability to operate in a hybrid model, reconciling traditional governance with agile practices. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Planner, and Confluence. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Desirable Certifications in project management and/or agile methods. Advanced English proficiency. Experience in PO, PMO, or digital transformation environments. Hybrid position based in Florianópolis/SC \- Sapiens Park, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus.
