Controller Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing tax entries, analyzing invoices, and maintaining ERP systems, supporting the controller's office and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform tax-related entries and analyses of invoices, with focus on taxation. 2. Maintain the ERP system updated and properly configured in accordance with current legislation. 3. Support the maintenance of indicators and records required by ISO standards. **Responsibilities:** * Record freight, service, and product invoices (NF); * Analyze issued and billed invoices, verifying taxation in accordance with current legislation; * Keep the company's ERP system updated and configured according to current legislation; * Gather information and documents to comply with tax audits when required; * Support the maintenance and monitoring of departmental indicators; * Keep ISO standard documents and records up to date; * Support other activities within the controller's office. * **Availability to work on-site in Palhoça.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Economics; * Experience in general accounting, tax calculation, and ancillary obligations; * Knowledge of tax characteristics and tax legislation; * Intermediate Excel skills; * ERP system knowledge (desirable).
