Execute opening and closing routines, verify administrative documentation (licenses, pest control certificates, reports), support financial controls, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Manage personnel by guiding the team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining an organized work environment. Monitor inventory levels, restocking, product expiration dates, and storage conditions to prevent stockouts and waste. Uphold excellence in customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the company’s quality standards. Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Leader, or in other leadership roles within supermarket retail. **Solid experience in people management:** team coaching, feedback delivery, scheduling, and routine organization.
