As a Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
\- SUBMITTING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TICKETS TO AMBEV TECH IN CASES OF ASMOB INSTABILITY
\- SENDING WEEKLY PURGE REPORTS
\- SENDING BIWEEKLY SEAV REPORTS
\- SENDING SCHEDULES FOR UPLOAD ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY
\- HOLDING WEEKLY PLANNING MEETINGS \- TRADE EXECUTION
\- ENSURING 100% DELIVERY OF GSL WITHIN DEADLINE
\- ENSURING 100% DELIVERY OF GSR WITHIN DEADLINE
\- PROVIDING FEEDBACK ON THE FIELD EXECUTION DASHBOARD
\- MONITORING INCENTIVE CAMPAIGNS
\- GPS ANALYSIS
\- ACTION PLAN TO ACHIEVE 85% GPS COMPLIANCE
\- ANALYZING THE FIELD EXECUTION DASHBOARD
\- ENSURING 90% SYSTEM ENGAGE ADOPTION RATE
\- RESOLVING ACCESS ISSUES TO THE ENGAGE SYSTEM
\- SHARING FIELD EXECUTION DASHBOARD INFORMATION WITH THE FIELD TEAM
\- MANAGING WORKPLACE ACCIDENT FOLLOW-UP
\- CONDUCTING MONTHLY FIELD EXECUTION TRAINING
\- REQUESTING WARNINGS
Requirements:
\- Knowledge of Merchandising and Trade Marketing (minimum 1 year in role)
\- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
\- Sense of urgency
\- Familiarity with the Agile system
\- Experience handling high-volume workloads (preferred)
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Driver's License: Class B
