We are looking for an **Independent Lawyer** specializing in **Civil Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law** to join our legal team. **Responsibilities:** * Handling judicial and administrative proceedings in the fields of Civil, Administrative, and Constitutional Law; * Drafting legal documents, legal opinions, and submissions; * Monitoring cases throughout all procedural stages; * Analyzing contracts, administrative acts, and statutory provisions; * Providing advisory and litigation services; * Attending hearings, when required. **Requirements:** * Law degree; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Knowledge of Civil Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law; * Strong legal writing skills and analytical ability; * Organization, responsibility, and professional ethics. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience in the aforementioned areas; * Postgraduate studies or specialized training courses; * Experience with electronic court systems.
