Negotiation and relationship management with medical professionals **Position: Senior Operations Analyst (100% On-site)** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor, analyze, and manage operational indicators, proposing and tracking action plans for continuous improvement of results; * Plan, structure, and optimize medical schedules, ensuring operational efficiency and adequate coverage; * Lead prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management with medical professionals, ensuring quality and alignment with operational needs; * Strategically support operations and management, contributing to decision-making and process improvement; * Interface with physicians, clients, and internal departments to ensure alignment and service excellence; * Manage and validate the closure of physician fees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in administrative and/or operational roles, preferably in the healthcare sector; * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields preferred); * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong analytical ability and strategic vision; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proactive profile with autonomy and results orientation.
