Career Opportunity: Logistics Assistant Your daily responsibilities will include: * Opening, tracking, and controlling Purchase Orders (P.O.s), ensuring accurate registration of requests, cost centers, suppliers, and agreed terms; * Monitoring and controlling traffic fines for the fleet, identifying vehicles and drivers; * Managing deadlines, system entries, and supporting payments and regularization; * Recording and updating freight information in the control spreadsheet, ensuring accurate entry of trips, amounts, drivers, vehicles, dates, and status; * Monitoring drivers during trips to ensure adherence to routes, delivery deadlines, operational procedures, and providing support for incidents occurring en route. * Organizing, verifying, mailing, and tracking physical documents and proof of delivery via postal service, ensuring traceability and timely submission. * Acquiring freight contracts from clients and partners, negotiating rates, deadlines, and operational conditions to maximize fleet utilization and meet logistical demand. What we are looking for: * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in the Logistics field.
