Description: We are seeking a PPCM Technician to work in the planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance activities, ensuring equipment efficiency, adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, and reduction of production stoppages. This professional will be responsible for integrating maintenance, production, and supplier areas, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and safety in the industrial environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, guide, and distribute maintenance activities according to established guidelines, goals, and programs; * Develop the maintenance calendar and plans for preventive and predictive maintenance of the company’s mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and refrigeration machines and equipment, verifying the latest inspections, availability of maintenance execution, and production’s ability to release the machine, registering all data in the system following established procedures so that maintenance interferes as little as possible with the production process, while still complying with preventive maintenance limits; * Be responsible for implementing, executing, and monitoring preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, as well as supporting and guiding third-party service providers; * Manage human resources within the area, including team member training, performance, and discipline; administer absences, vacations, and other procedures inherent to structuring, maintaining, and motivating the work team, analyzing decisions with the immediate supervisor; * Maintain contact with involved departments to negotiate preventive maintenance dates; * Control checklists for routine maintenance performed or requested by production, archiving documents as required; * Register new machines and equipment data into the system, inserting, modifying, and standardizing procedures for preventive maintenance of identical parts and devices; * Create and print identification labels for machines and equipment, requesting their physical application; * Transfer information from the computerized system to spreadsheets or text editors, generating and issuing reports and controls as needed or requested; * Maintain contact with suppliers to identify solutions for defects and new technologies in machinery aimed at improving quality and productivity in the manufacturing area, through internal meetings or specific technical visits; * Contact third-party service providers when necessary to assist with electrical, mechanical, or similar maintenance services, minimizing machine downtime to restore production; * Be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as supporting and guiding third-party service providers; * Be responsible for service results and statistics, analyzing unproductive hours and overtime reports to quantify and validate cost-benefit; * Maintain and update industrial maintenance records and develop and analyze performance indicators for tracking results; * Comply with occupational health and safety standards and procedures, using PPE and carrying out training and instruction operations, ensuring personal and third-party safety; * Perform other duties as required and at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
