




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical or related), Economics, or Administration; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Production Engineering, Administration, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma; * Proficiency and practical experience with optimization and quality methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; * Proven experience applying quality management tools (e.g., 5S, Kanban); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and/or Google Workspace (Advanced Google Sheets); * Experience with project and task management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or similar). * Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end operational workflows and processes for the Officina service area; * Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence across the entire service chain; * Apply PPCP knowledge to optimize resource management; * Focus on maximizing service performance, emphasizing reduction of expenses and operational costs; * Develop, implement, and monitor operational performance KPIs to support decision-making; * Serve as the strategic interface with the Industrial area (Factory), ensuring manufacturing processes are aligned and do not negatively impact or disrupt service operations. 2512130202201917755
