Preparation of industrial piping and HVAC projects ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Technical support for mechanical engineering activities related to feasibility studies, basic and executive projects in the fields of energy (small hydroelectric plants, large hydroelectric plants, thermal power plants, etc.), water resources (dams), infrastructure, and sanitation (water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, water conveyance pipelines, etc.). The intern will support the following activities, depending on demand: * Development of studies for the design of auxiliary mechanical systems, selection of hydraulic-mechanical equipment, material handling and load lifting equipment, hydraulic turbines, HVAC systems, pressure vessels, pumping systems, water conveyance pipelines, etc.; * Preparation of flowcharts, descriptive and calculation memoranda, and operation manuals for auxiliary mechanical systems (industrial water, cooling water, compressed air, pumping stations, etc.); * Selection of pumps, air compressors, aerators, blowers, mixers, fans/exhaust fans, special valves, air conditioning equipment, etc.; * Preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, and materials lists for procurement of mechanical equipment and/or components; * Design/preparation of layouts for electromechanical equipment installed in facilities; * Preparation of embedded and exposed industrial piping projects (pipes, fittings, equipment, valves, supports, and instrumentation); * Preparation of HVAC projects (ducts, fans, exhaust fans, filters, dampers, grilles, louvers, etc.); * Preparation of projects for fixed metal parts embedded in concrete for mechanical equipment anchoring; * Preparation of fire prevention and panic control plans (PPCIP). ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from the 5th semester onward; * Basic knowledge of CAD and intermediate proficiency in Office suite (Word/Excel). ### **BENEFITS** Internship Allowance Flexible Benefit (Meal/Voucher) Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Birthday Day-Off Workplace Gymnastics Stress-relief Activities In-house Clinical Psychologist Fresh Fruits and Coffee Available on All Floors ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** Internship
