




Job Summary: Manage and supervise maintenance activities, ensure equipment availability, lead technical teams, guarantee compliance with regulations, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures Plan and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment; Ensure implementation of predictive maintenance plans to reduce failures and increase equipment availability; Monitor maintenance performance indicators; Supervise technicians and electricians, assign tasks, and oversee service execution; Conduct training and technical development for the team; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance; Request purchases and ensure proper replenishment of materials; Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers; Ensure use of required PPE and safety devices for all activities; Personnel indicator management (shift scheduling, hour bank, vacation planning, probationary period evaluation, etc). Required Knowledge: * Industrial Machinery * Electrical Projects and Installations * People Management * Performance Indicator Monitoring * Basic English and Microsoft Office * NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
