




**Description:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the College’s institutional and pedagogical communication and event activities, ensuring that messages, materials, and experiences reflect the institution’s principles and objectives. Acts in both a consultative and operational capacity to generate value, protect the College’s reputation, and enhance relationships with diverse internal and external audiences. Responsibilities and Duties Create, edit, and distribute relevant content (texts, announcements, articles, news) across internal and external, physical and electronic channels. Develop internal marketing initiatives to engage and inform staff, parents, and students. Update and review institutional communication materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters, bulletin boards, bulletins). Plan, coordinate, and execute events, field trips, and pedagogical challenges, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and safety regulations. Collect briefings, develop timelines, budgets, and contingency plans. Support event operations from planning through execution, coordinating internal teams and vendors. Produce supporting event materials (invitations, circulars, signage, environmental design, regulations, and post\-event communications). Request payments, monitor the budget, and prepare the final report (budgeted vs. actual). Conduct satisfaction surveys and consolidate reports on results and learnings. Organize and archive event documentation, photos, and videos. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, or Advertising and Marketing) or Marketing; Previous experience of 2–4 years in communication and/or event organization roles, preferably within educational institutions; Desirable specialization or coursework in Graphic Design, Event Production, and Google for Education. 2512180202551872728
