




Job Summary: Support employees and managers, enter data into the system, relay information, and maintain workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in HR department routines and document management 2. Provide support to employees and managers, including data entry 3. Organize the workplace * Assist with other HR department routines, including onboarding, payroll processing, time tracking, vacation management, benefits administration, and related tasks; * Maintain organization and archiving of employee documentation (both physical and digital). Support employees and managers, enter data into the system, relay information regarding required procedures, and follow up on missing documentation. Organize the workplace at the end of each shift. Business hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
