Corporate Solutions Coordinator The Coordinator must serve as the primary liaison between teams managed by supervisors. Key responsibilities include: * Integrating pre-sales, engineering, and project activities to ensure alignment across all teams. * Optimizing inter-team workflow by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements. * Ensuring efficient communication so information flows clearly and without noise among teams. 2\. People Management and Development The Coordinator must assume a supportive role for supervisors, focusing on HR-related matters and professional development: * Identifying training and upskilling needs for teams. * Assisting in resolving internal conflicts or performance issues that do not require direct supervisor intervention. * Supporting career development tracking for employees. 3\. Focus on Strategic Projects Greater attention will be given to high-impact projects: * Leading strategic initiatives involving multiple teams. * Reporting directly to the manager on the progress of these projects, freeing supervisors to focus on daily operations. * Representing the delivery team in cross-departmental meetings, ensuring the team’s interests are represented. Profile and Responsibilities of the New Coordinator 1\. Key Responsibilities The Corporate Solutions Coordinator must act as a strategic link, reporting directly to the manager and collaborating closely with supervisors.
