Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing logistics operations, fleet, and costs to ensure efficiency and quality in deliveries and pickups. Key Highlights: 1. Operational indicator management and analysis, and fleet maintenance. 2. Cost and timeline optimization in route planning and delivery scheduling. 3. Development of fleet revitalization planning. **Description** * Monitor and analyze operational indicators (Overtime Hours, Time Bank, On-Time Delivery, Liters/km, Occupancy Rate) to ensure process efficiency * Manage fleet maintenance costs and programs, ensuring vehicle availability and reliability * Ensure all deliveries and pickups are performed within the timelines and quality standards established by the company and its customers * Develop and monitor fleet revitalization planning to support continuous improvement of logistics operations * Route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize costs and timelines; **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics (industries with their own fleet) * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree desirable * Experience in fleet management and maintenance * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and logistics systems * Advanced English and Excel desirable * Class D driver's license desirable Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driving License: B, C Willingness to travel * Dental Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Meal Voucher * On-site cafeteria * Health Insurance
