Actively participate in all stages of cargo logistics * Brief Description: Coordinate operational processes to ensure achievement of established targets for all departments, while monitoring process performance indicators. * Detailed Description * Ensure office hours and service coverage. * Coordinate arrival times of shuttle vehicles at the branch. * Coordinate base teams. * Monitor and participate in unloading, verification, and sorting of cargo. * Perform and guide organization during receiving, palletizing volumes, and loading. * Participate in scanning, importing data into Comprovei, loading, and vehicle dispatch. * Participate in resolving incidents and in return processes and documentation. * Ensure base cleanliness and organization. * Monitor and participate in transfer reconciliation processes. * Track delivery progress via Comprovei and provide telephone support when necessary. * Send delivery status with incidents to the responsible person. * Support the manager in people management.
