Achieve store results through excellent customer service and in accordance with business KPIs. Attract and retain both existing and new customers by maintaining/communicating initiatives, while engaging the team and creating a motivating and inspiring environment. Verify and manage administrative tasks, as well as alternate responsibility for store opening or closing with the Responsible Sales Associate, serving as the primary person accountable for adherence to company and shopping mall standards and procedures. Assist in store Visual Merchandising and guide other store staff whenever required, aiming to create an inviting, commercially effective environment aligned with the company’s Visual Merchandising/Marketing standards. Culture Champion Guide, train, and support other store employees to better perform their duties, consistently aligning team feedback with the Supervisor. Additionally, identify and flag operational opportunities and gaps to drive results and strengthen the brand image. Periodically update knowledge through company-provided training and tools to serve as the reference point for product and technology information offered in the store. Possess the ability to think critically in response to technological transformations / social media trends — i.e., a mindset oriented toward digital innovation.
