Strategic engagement with products and market trends **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Manage and expand the portfolio of corporate cooperative members with consultative and personalized service Identify opportunities and offer financial solutions aligned with cooperative members’ needs Stay updated on products, services, and market trends to ensure strategic performance Implement relationship-building initiatives that foster loyalty and satisfaction Conduct periodic visits to cooperative members to understand their requirements and propose improvements Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms in accordance with the cooperative’s guidelines Monitor portfolio indicators and implement actions to ensure performance Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated and efficient solutions Represent the cooperative at events and meetings with cooperative members and partners Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial system regulations **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in client relationship management with corporate clients. Knowledge of financial products and services tailored for businesses. Credit analysis skills. Valid CPA-10 certification. **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas. CPA-20 certification.
