Collaboration with other departments to deliver integrated and efficient solutions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code As a **Corporate Relationship Manager**, you will be responsible for: * Managing and expanding the portfolio of corporate cooperative members through consultative and personalized service * Identifying opportunities and offering financial solutions aligned with cooperative members' needs * Staying up-to-date on products, services, and market trends to ensure strategic performance * Developing relationship-building initiatives that promote loyalty and satisfaction * Conducting periodic visits to cooperative members to understand their needs and propose improvements * Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating terms in accordance with the cooperative's guidelines * Monitoring portfolio performance indicators and implementing actions to ensure optimal results * Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated and efficient solutions * Representing the cooperative at events and meetings with cooperative members and partners * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial system regulations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in corporate client relationship management. * Knowledge of financial products and services tailored for businesses. * Credit analysis skills. * Valid CPA\-10 certification. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields. * CPA\-20 certification. * Experience in Credit Cooperatives. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Special occasion celebrations, Day off, Gympass, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Training programs, Life insurance, Meal and/or food allowance, Transportation allowance, Uniform
