Our goal is to build valuable relationships and connections within the market through a select group of stores and professionals—via content and networking events, exclusive customer service, and unique experiences. To engage relationships and business among our members, we use a point-based system where each new business transaction between our professionals and merchants earns points. Job Responsibilities * Build and manage merchant and professional portfolios; * Train users on platform usage, processes, and products; * Administer regional social media accounts; * Strengthen existing channels to increase revenue and points; * Develop and implement new partnership strategies; * Align channel-specific strategies with the overall marketing plan; * Make data-driven decisions to achieve targets and advance content and team performance; * Maintain a holistic understanding of the company’s business and collaborate closely with development teams, demonstrating willingness to understand internal processes and support improvements; * Understand market dynamics and respond effectively to changing scenarios; * Assist in customizing commissioned solutions; * Coordinate event and training planning; * Manage contacts and preparations before, during, and after Experiences; * Support project development during contract negotiations; * Propose tailored offerings to clients; * Present solutions to client-identified issues by recognizing needs and recommending appropriate products and services; * Anticipate market demands to gain competitive advantage and develop projects; * Conduct visits to merchants and professionals, and plan introductory visits; * Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
