This professional will ensure compliance with scope, deadlines, and delivery quality, serving as the focal point between clients and technical teams. The role requires strategic vision, organizational skills, and strong communication ability. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and requirements; * Coordinate contract execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality; * Monitor project progress in collaboration with technical teams; * Control schedules, deliverables, and contract performance indicators; * Manage scope change requests; * Support financial contract management (measurements, invoicing, and addendums); * Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure contract performance; * Lead follow-up and status meetings with clients and stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience in contract management or project coordination; * Direct client-facing experience; * Knowledge of schedule, scope, and performance indicator control; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in engineering project firms or consulting companies; * Knowledge of BIM and/or infrastructure projects; * Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, etc.). ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, gogood gym membership, English classes, Paid leave, Education allowance ### **Department:** Operations
