Guarantee of good handling practices and food safety The main challenge of this position is to manage the team to ensure excellence in customer service and be accountable for the performance indicators and results of the Deli and Butchery departments, reviewing processes and suggesting improvements. **Your responsibilities will include:** Monitoring and ensuring delivery of departmental meat-related KPIs; **Performing people management activities:** feedback sessions, meetings, motivational initiatives, work scheduling, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, candidate selection, etc.; Ensuring that the company’s culture and values are reflected in the department’s daily operations; Addressing customer requests, assisting with inquiries or problematic situations; Ensuring good handling practices and food safety. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Financial Management, or related fields; Minimum 6 months of experience as a department leader, preferably in butchery or deli departments; Technical knowledge in the meat industry; Experience in supermarket retail; Intermediate proficiency in Google tools; Interpersonal skills and aptitude for working with people; **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM\. **Shift Hours:** 7:00 AM \- 3:30 PM; We do not operate on Sundays. **Compensation:** To be discussed
