Main Responsibilities * Management of **accounts payable** * Financial entries in the **Conta Azul** system * Daily bank reconciliation * Cash flow organization * Generation and control of financial reports * Support in organizing accounting documentation * Due date tracking and monitoring of financial obligations * Interface with senior management for financial reporting and presentation of reports Requirements * Prior experience in finance * Experience with **Conta Azul** (or similar financial management systems) * Knowledge of bank reconciliation * Organization and discipline * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Intermediate Excel proficiency (minimum) Advantages * Experience in companies within the events / setup / service provision sector * Knowledge of projected cash flow * Familiarity with income statements (DRE) and financial indicators Expected Behavioral Profile * Discretion and ethics * Proactivity * Ability to work under deadlines * Extreme attention to detail Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
