Focus areas include people management, portfolio administration, commercial development, relationship building, and sales expansion. **Responsibilities** Supervise the commercial team, ensuring alignment with goals and consistent execution of strategies. Manage the regional portfolio of marketplace partners, ensuring continuous improvement in performance and revenue. Monitor commercial KPIs, analyze results, and propose actions to drive growth, engagement, and retention. Lead strategic meetings with partners and oversee key negotiations. Develop, coach, and train the team, promoting continuous improvement in processes and commercial approaches. Identify expansion opportunities, new partners, and portfolio result optimization. Proactively manage churn by designing retention and recovery plans. Serve as the liaison with internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and rapid resolution of requests. Support the creation and evolution of commercial playbooks, follow-up workflows, and team performance rituals. **Requirements** Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in portfolio management, B2B sales, negotiations, and performance tracking. Familiarity with SaaS or marketplace business models (a plus). Proficiency in CRM tools and best practices in account management. Strong analytical capability, results orientation, and strategic vision. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. **Desirable Skills** Experience with tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce, or similar. Knowledge of commercial and management metrics (Conversion Rate, GMV, Churn, LTV, Forecast, Pipeline). Mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and data-driven management. Ability to lead strategic meetings, deliver executive presentations, and conduct team performance rituals.
