




Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring predictability and high-standard execution, coordinating leadership, structuring processes, and developing teams to achieve results. Develops competencies and delivers training to foster team growth. **JOB MISSION** Ensure that Construmove’s operations run with predictability, methodology, and a high standard of execution — by coordinating the Leadership Committee, structuring internal processes, and developing the people who deliver results. **STRATEGIC PURPOSE** This role exists so Vinícius Santos can operate at the strategic level. The Operations Manager ensures that decisions made by the Executive Board become reality in operations — through defined processes, prepared people, and metrics enabling data-driven decisions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Leadership Committee Coordination** * Lead and moderate the weekly Leadership Committee alignment meeting (Fridays at 8 a.m.) — structured agenda, recorded decisions, clearly defined action items * Ensure each Leadership Committee member has clarity on weekly priorities, deliverables, and deadlines * Monitor execution of decisions made during meetings — decisions must be implemented * Escalate only issues requiring strategic decisions to the Executive Board; resolve operational matters within scope * Serve as a support point for mid-level leaders: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Technology, and Administration **2\. Process Management** * Map, document, and standardize operational processes currently running informally or relying on specific individuals — to capture and institutionalize process intelligence * Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose structural solutions; build processes that prevent firefighting * Ensure documented processes are actually practiced — conduct periodic audits with area leaders * Coordinate implementation of Promova Consulting initiatives in daily operations * Maintain and organize information flow across departments — what each department needs to know and when * Strategically coordinate early-stage hiring workflows, directing top candidates to final interviews with the Executive Board **3\. People Development** * Identify competency gaps among Leadership Committee members and propose individual development plans * Conduct structured feedback sessions with each Leadership Committee member — minimum frequency: biweekly * Ensure new hires undergo a clear, documented onboarding process * Design and deliver internal training as needed — especially on processes and culture * Model expected behaviors and delivery standards for the team: the benchmark starts here **4\. Metrics and Results** * Consolidate departmental reports into a weekly operational performance dashboard delivered to the Executive Board every Thursday by 10 a.m. * Monitor KPIs for each department and proactively flag deviations from targets * Propose data-driven course corrections — not perception-based * Participate with the Executive Board in defining quarterly departmental goals **5\.
