**Operational Supervisor – Sales** São José, SC, Brazil **Job Description** Vehicle Protection is hiring an Operational Leader! If you have experience leading teams and are ready to drive the performance of a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you! **Location:** Palhoça and São José – SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Salary:** BRL 3,500.00 (CLT or PJ) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and develop customer service, sales, and administrative teams at Headquarters and Branches; * Plan sales strategies and monitor results to increase prospecting; * Develop incentive plans to motivate the team; * Identify training and development needs; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, enhancing satisfaction among our Members; * Manage conflicts empathetically and with a solutions-oriented focus; * Directly participate in the recruitment and selection process for new talent; * Safeguard the Association’s assets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in consultative sales; * Availability for weekly travel to support branch development; * Driver’s License Category B; * Team leadership experience (a differentiator, but not mandatory). **BENEFITS:** * Transportation Allowance: BRL 200.00; * Meal Allowance: BRL 220.00.
