Strategic Positioning, Not Traditional Sales **Position:** Commercial Manager – B2B Partnerships (Real Estate Market) We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the front line of our Partnership Marketing strategy. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic position focused on developing long-term B2B relationships, where the professional will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and activating partnerships with independent real estate agents and brokerage firms, transforming them into engaged partners. What You Will Do Prospect and qualify independent real estate agents and brokerage firms with partnership potential Develop and nurture relationships through meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication Generate qualified appointments for site visits to developments Manage partner relationships, collect feedback, and monitor satisfaction (NPS) Update CRM with all interactions and track performance metrics Engage agents in partner relationship programs and initiatives What We Are Looking For – Requirements Completed high school education (undergraduate degree in progress or completed is considered a plus) Experience in client relationship management, B2B prospecting, or consultative sales Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and social media) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Essential Competencies Interpersonal skills and empathy Proactivity and results orientation Organization and discipline Resilience and ability to handle rejection Openness to continuous learning Advantages Experience in the real estate industry Active CRECI license Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) Network of contacts in the real estate sector
