Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the execution of security surveillance services, conducting periodic inspections at posts to identify and correct non-conformities. Ensure internal order maintenance across all company areas, taking immediate action in response to incidents. Guarantee compliance with internal regulations and public agency resolutions related to overt surveillance. Conduct inspections at other units according to the annual schedule, preparing technical reports with findings and improvement plans. Plan and deliver training for the team based on the security guard manual and first aid protocols, aiming for continuous technical updating. Support management in risk analysis and improvement of asset security processes. Previous experience as Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, Occupational Health and Safety Manager, Occupational Health and Safety Team Leader, or Occupational Health and Safety Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
