




Job Mission As a Kitchen Coordinator, your primary mission will be to ensure operational excellence at every stage of the process, from product execution to team leadership. You will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality, speed, cost control, and organization that reflect Usina's values. Main Responsibilities Coordinate the kitchen's production routine, including prep, line, assembly, and dish dispatch. Ensure all technical sheets, assembly standards, and preparation times are strictly followed. Perform daily quality checks, evaluating temperature, texture, flavor, and product presentation. Supervise inventories, controlling product expiration dates and monitoring waste indicators. Work closely with the manager and purchasing department, contributing to CMV (Cost of Goods Sold) control. Organize team schedules, leaves, and shifts, promoting a balanced work environment. Train, guide, and develop new employees, encouraging team integration and culture. Monitor performance indicators such as average ticket, delivery time, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with hygiene, good practices, and food safety regulations. Collaborate in the development of new products and implement continuous improvements in processes. Ideal Profile We are looking for a professional with experience in high-demand kitchens, preferably in fast casual, burger restaurants, or medium-sized restaurants. Practical and communicative leadership, serving as a daily role model for the team. Ability to organize and structure processes, along with the capacity to train people clearly. Knowledge of inventory management, technical sheets, and operational indicators. Resilience, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a positive work environment. Alignment with Usina's purpose and culture. Requirements Proven experience as a kitchen leader, sous chef, or coordinator. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to schedule.
