We need someone who already masters these processes and has full autonomy to run the area without requiring basic training. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operational Management: Coordinate daily routines of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (Revenue and Expenses). * Team Leadership: Support and supervise the financial operational team, ensuring timely deliveries and deadline compliance. * Cash Flow: Daily monitoring and bank reconciliation, ensuring data integrity. * Closing and Reporting: Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management reports to support managerial decision-making. * Processes: Ensure proper use and data input into the ERP system. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management. * Postgraduate studies, specializations, MBAs, or master's degrees in Finance, Controller areas, or related fields will be a differentiator. * Solid experience in financial routines and process coordination. * Proficiency in financial mathematics, advanced Excel, and cash flow management. ### **What We Offer** * Expense allowance of R$850.00. * Wellhub * Starbem, Avus and Dasa – health-focused platforms * Unique work environment: state-of-the-art facilities, well-being rituals (meditation), free energy drinks, and integration events. * Real opportunity to build the department in your own image and grow with the group.
