Responsibilities **Cleaning Team Supervision:** Ensure compliance with company conduct standards and procedures. **Post Coverage:** Organize and ensure all posts are adequately covered. **Vacation Planning:** Develop and manage the vacation schedule, ensuring coverage and timely client communication. **Incident and Accident Response:** Provide immediate support and resolve unexpected situations. **Staff Movements and Transfers:** Coordinate substitutions, transfers, and employee relocations. **Timekeeping Management:** Receive, review, and forward accurate timecards to the HR Department. **Training and Development:** Monitor team performance, deliver feedback, and support employees' professional growth. **Client Visits:** Conduct monthly visits with documented reports and post checklists. Requirements Proven experience in operational cleaning supervision or similar roles; Strong communication skills, clear writing ability, and professional demeanor; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); High school diploma Basic computer skills Flexible availability Schedule and Location 6x1 schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (day shift) \| Nossa Senhora do Rosário – São José SC Compensation and Benefits **Salary:** R$ 2\.203,47 \+ 20% Hazard Pay → Total: R$ 2\.644,16 7% Attendance Bonus **Meal Allowance:** R$27.29 per working day Transportation Voucher After the 90-day probation period, you may be eligible for additional benefits including: Education institution discount Dental plan Pratique Gym discount Pharmacy discount Send your resume and grow with us!
