Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and compliance guidelines. **Institute for Development, Education, and Health Assistance announces:** NOTICE NO. 1236/2025 – TALENT ACQUISITION FOR JUNIOR CONTRACT ANALYST – ADMINISTRATIVE HEADQUARTERS – FLORIANÓPOLIS – SC Website: https://www.ideas.med.br/edital\-de\-captacao\-de\-talentos\-potenciais\-sede\-1236\-2025/ **Main Responsibilities:** * Support drafting, reviewing, and updating contract drafts, amendments, and terms of reference in coordination with requesting departments. * Monitor the contract lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring control over deadlines, validity periods, and renewals. * Assist in analyzing contractual clauses, focusing on risk mitigation and compliance with applicable legal regulations for Social Organizations. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital contract files. * Track indicators, schedules, and managerial reports for the department. * Interact with suppliers and service providers for contractual alignment, document submission, and clarifications. * Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information. * Assist in adapting contracts according to regional specifics or requirements imposed by public contracting entities. * Ensure contracts align with the institution’s compliance, integrity, and social responsibility guidelines. * Support process and document standardization, contributing to strengthening organizational contract governance. **Technical Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Law, Administration, Public Management, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of contract legislation and/or compliance is desirable. * Prior experience handling contracts. * Experience in third-sector institutions or healthcare organizations will be considered an advantage. **Applications must be submitted via the online form by 23:59 on December 28 (twenty-eighth), 2025\.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.614,88 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
