Colégio Catarinense, part of the Jesuit Educational Network, is seeking a new professional for the position of **Coordination Assistant**, to work at its Florianópolis/SC downtown campus. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive parents and students, directing\-them to the appropriate services. * Receive student documentation and forward\-it to the competent department. * Issue and forward documents related to students' daily activities. * Collect from students proof of notices sent to parents. * Keep coordination files and documents up\-to\-date. * Issue notices, correspondence, and reports as requested by the coordination office. * Enter into the proprietary system the records contained in class registers. * Participate in the organization and execution of events. * Accompany students during external activities (field trips, visits, and educational outings), supporting the teaching staff and coordination. * Receive and forward service and teacher requests to the Academic Coordinator. * Verify availability and request replenishment of office supplies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school. * Experience in school administrative routines. * Experience performing duties related to this position. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week.
