Requirements: **DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Your main activities and responsibilities will include: * Assisting with quotations and payment flows related to infrastructure, maintenance, communications, and internal marketing * Assisting in organizing communications and internal marketing initiatives, such as creating birthday cards for employees and the company, assembling welcome gifts, etc. * Assisting in managing files and inventory of the GGC, maintaining organization of documents, training materials, and internal marketing items (onboarding kits, t-shirts, thematic decorations, etc.) * Assisting in managing keys for individual lockers * Assisting in posting job openings on WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels * Assisting in preparing internal identification labels together with the Governance team **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Currently enrolled in the final year of high school or pursuing undergraduate/technical education * Basic computer skills **Preferred Qualification:** currently studying or having interest in HR, Psychology, or Administration fields Benefits **WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT R.BRANDS?** * Meal allowance (no deductions) * Transportation allowance (no deductions) * Breakfast and afternoon coffee served in fully equipped kitchens * Exclusive discounts on products from our brands * Welcome Kit delivered at the beginning of our onboarding process * Continuous development and internal growth opportunities * Corporate University * Culture focused on innovation and entrepreneurship **Work Schedule:** On-site, morning shift.
