We offer customized solutions to meet our clients’ human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing administrative and corporate recruitment processes; developing and implementing talent attraction strategies; and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Plan, organize, and monitor technical and behavioral training programs for administrative and executive leadership teams. Develop leadership development programs and career path frameworks. Support employee engagement campaigns, corporate events, and internal marketing initiatives. Serve as a reference point for promoting organizational culture and encouraging behaviors aligned with the organization’s principles. Perform duties typical of an HR Manager role. This position is based in Florianópolis / SC.
