This professional will play a key role both in driving HR practices and guiding the general services team, ensuring a healthy, productive environment aligned with the organization's values. Responsibilities and duties * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting managers in decision-making related to people management, organizational structure, and culture; * Plan and implement organizational development initiatives, including leadership programs, succession planning, organizational climate, training, diversity, and engagement; * Define and monitor HR performance indicators, promoting corrective actions and continuous improvement based on data and evidence; * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes in alignment with company strategy, ensuring the attraction of talent with cultural and technical fit; * Lead performance appraisal and continuous feedback programs, supporting individual and collective employee growth; * Develop and maintain job, salary, and benefits policies, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness; * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while mitigating labor risks through preventive practices; * Promote organizational culture through internal communication, integration, and endomarketing initiatives; * Conduct climate assessments and implement actions to foster a healthy, collaborative, and high-performance environment; • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes; • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; * **General Services:** * Supervise cleaning, pantry/cafeteria teams; * Ensure maintenance, organization, and proper functioning of the company's common areas; * Monitor contracts and service providers; Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in HR coordination or leadership roles with strategic focus; * Experience in organizational climate, engagement, and leadership development; * Experience with HR metrics (KPIs) and data-driven decision making; * Strong knowledge in Recruitment & Selection, Performance Appraisal, and Succession Planning; * Experience in job, salary, and benefits policies; * Knowledge of labor legislation and DP routines (not the main focus of this role); * Experience managing contracts and supervising general services; * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; * Proficiency in Office Suite and HR management tools (ERP desirable).
