A temporary staffing agency is seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst in São José (Campinas).

**Responsibilities:**
Verify and support the correction of import documents such as Commercial Invoice and Packing List, interfacing with exporters and customers. Perform quotations and support the closing of international and domestic freight, preparing comparative analyses to assist decision-making. Monitor cargo movement and track the progress of logistics processes. Prepare and update control spreadsheets (item descriptions, process statuses, and operational closure). Support service invoice requests, system process entries, and issuance of internal documents. Verify supplier and partner invoices, flag payment requirements, and support administrative\-financial workflows. Organize, save, and maintain process documentation in a structured and traceable manner. Generate files for insurance companies, verify related invoices, and support the dispatch workflow for payment. Support the completion of controls related to foreign exchange brokers and foreign exchange closing for processes. Inform customers about operation progress, respond to requests, and support communication throughout the process. Send process opening and closing documentation to customs brokers and customers, ensuring completeness and compliance. Support contract drafting, signature collection, contractual linkage, and protocol generation in the Single Foreign Trade Portal (PUCOMEX). Collaborate with the area coordination team to ensure organization, deadline compliance, and continuous improvement of internal processes.
Previous experience as an International Trade Specialist, Import/Export Analyst, Foreign Trade Consultant, or International Logistics Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
