Responsible for supporting customer needs by phone, e\-mail, or in person regarding individual and group reservations, conducting site visits, sending contracts and quotations, and performing follow\-up to close sales and achieve targets. Main responsibilities: * Complete and analyze Market Share data; * Analyze the daily reservation report; * Attend to customer needs via phone, e\-mail, and personal contact; * Handle daily email requests; * Verify commissions and incentives; * Provide support and coordination with other interfacing departments; * Review guest accommodation documentation; * Prepare quotations and contracts for groups; * Enter and send Group Rooming Lists; * Analyze occupancy and close portals (HOTV and GDS) when necessary; * Respond to requests received from OTA channels; * Send payment links for reservations; * Archive documents for future reservations (hotv); * Conduct client site visits following internal procedures to present facilities and secure business deals; * Prepare and send individual quotations; * Finalize group contracts and enter closed or quoted groups into spreadsheets and systems; * Ensure excellent group service through alignment of information with involved departments; * Perform customer follow-up to increase quotation conversion rates into sales; * Contribute to achieving monthly and annual revenue and occupancy targets for groups, following department coordinator's guidance; * Conduct post-sale follow-up with customers; * Support the Events department with phone assistance, quotation sending, and other tasks as needed; Previous experience in reservations and CM system is desirable.
