We are seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Technician**, to support electrical, mechanical, and welding maintenance technical teams, directly contributing to the smooth operation of the industrial facility. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of operational machine components; * Supporting maintenance on equipment such as wax injection machines, rotary jet cleaners, and melting furnaces; * Assisting in cable routing and organization of electrical infrastructure; * Supporting lamp replacement and cleaning of electrical panels (without contact with high voltage); * Transporting tools and parts; * Preparing surfaces for welding through grinding and cleaning; * Organizing electrodes, gases, and auxiliary materials; * Keeping workshops, tools, and maintenance areas clean and organized; * Performing minor repairs on industrial masonry; * Painting metal structures, floors, and safety markings; * Assisting in area isolation during interventions and maintenance activities. **Requirements** · Completed elementary education; · Interest in or experience with industrial maintenance; **Your advantage will be:** · Experience in electrical, mechanical, or welding maintenance; · Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; · Technical or vocational training in the industrial field; **We seek someone who is:** * Committed to routine and safety; * Proactive in daily tasks; * Detail-oriented. **Contract and Compensation** · Employment type: CLT – Operational · Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18 (1-hour break) · Salary: To be discussed **Benefits:** · SESI Internal Restaurant offering one healthy meal per day. · Free parking for cars and motorcycles. · Group life insurance. · Free medical care at the company. · Leisure area with ping pong table, billiards, and games. **After the probationary period, even more benefits await!** · Salary advance · Attendance and Discipline Bonus · Health plan (AEMFLO) · On-site OdontoSESI · Dental plan (DentalPrev) · Pharmacy agreements with SESI Pharmacies and Master Farma · Discounts on courses (vocational, technical, undergraduate, and postgraduate) **Work Location** Forquilhinhas \- São José, SC If you seek a professional environment that values responsibility, respect, and mutual growth, Precicast may be the right place for you.
