The activation team consists of these professionals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance. In addition, the Activation Team also configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and all other listed positions are available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintaining equipment already installed at customer sites; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers via telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and keep the workplace organized; * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Fill out the service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Working at heights; Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school. **Requirement:** Possession of Brazilian driver's license category B. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
