Employment type: CLT Location: Fazenda Santo Antônio, São José/SC Workload: 44 hours weekly (Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) Duties: Prepare and adjust the screen printing machine before production begins; Set up and operate the automatic Mini-MCA carousel machine for fabric printing; Adjust frames, inks, and rollers to ensure proper alignment and print quality; Load the machine with materials and inks according to defined standards; Perform test prints and necessary adjustments during the process; Monitor visual quality of printed items, avoiding defects, stains, or misalignments; Keep the work environment clean and organized, taking care of equipment; Record production output and report irregularities to the team leader; Assist in preventive maintenance and in changing screens, inks, and films. **REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory requirement: previous experience as a screen printing operator; Education: completed high school. Skills: attention to detail; teamwork; adherence to rules and procedures; agility; organization; responsibility; proactivity; ability to work under demand and on repetitive tasks. Knowledge: operation of the Mini-MCA Automatic Carousel machine or similar; reading and interpreting technical sheets and printing templates; preparation of screen printing inks and screens; basic knowledge of quality management and use of PPE.
