We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our team as a Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician. **This and all other posted positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the design and implementation of innovative telecommunications projects focused on fixed, radio, and mobile (LTE and 5G) network infrastructure. * Install, test, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications infrastructure systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. * Assist in assembling infrastructure, including Points of Presence (PoPs) and other equipment, applying advanced technologies to optimize network efficiency. * Ensure infrastructure integrity and efficiency by performing regular maintenance and implementing improvements when necessary. * Document all field activities in detail, following company documentation standards to ensure transparency and process efficiency. * Strictly adhere to safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with company safety guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Communication, flexibility, organization, responsibility, and teamwork are essential to effectively collaborate with colleagues across diverse areas. **Education:** Completed high school. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure, including fixed and mobile networks. Solid knowledge of power systems related to telecommunications infrastructure. **Requirements:** Valid driver's license (CNH). Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00; Fridays until 17:00. Opportunity for on-site work in São José/SC.
