Responsibilities and duties * Perform corrective and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance on machines, aiming to correct or improve productivity, based on received instructions; * Read, interpret and develop general electromechanical diagrams and information provided by testing devices to install or solve problems on machines, following guidance from more qualified professionals. * Monitor the operation of machines, equipment, devices and accessories, performing maintenance and replacing components, reporting any identified issues. * Conduct periodic/daily inspections, checking the functionality of controls and operation of equipment/machinery. * Install new electromechanical machines and equipment, following technical manual requirements, integrating them into the preventive maintenance program. * Provide support to maintenance technicians in all mechanical maintenance activities whenever necessary, following their instructions. * Train and guide maintenance technicians or assistants with less professional experience. * Clarify and educate operators on the proper conditions and usage of machine resources and equipment; * Request from immediate supervisor the acquisition of materials for inventory, maintenance and labor, based on department needs. * Develop and submit for approval improvement projects on equipment and machines, adapting or creating devices to facilitate operator tasks and achieve better productivity.
