We seek determined and courageous professionals ready to make a difference in companies that drive the nation’s economy. After all, Itaú Empresas clients have greater growth potential. **Acceleration Track** You will experience comprehensive development—including training delivered by renowned institutions and experts, hands-on practice, ongoing challenges, and a structured career plan. Additionally, you’ll gain close access to leadership teams who drive results, ensuring a robust and differentiated education to help you stand out in the financial market. **Phase 1 (4 months)** A dedicated development period. You’ll engage in a journey integrating theory and practice, with full immersion into the business area. **Phase 2 (2 months)** An adaptation period.
