Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to support the implementation and sustainability of quality, patient safety, and clinical excellence projects, as well as manage risks and conduct audits. If you have experience as a **Quality Analyst**, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation and sustainability of quality, patient safety, and clinical excellence projects. * Perform risk management, including incident classification in EPIMED, referral, and follow-up of actions. * Conduct event analysis using the London Protocol. * Execute internal audits and support certification/accreditation processes (e.g., Qmentum). * Map processes and structure a risk matrix, defining and tracking action plans. * Manage documents, ensuring updates, standardization, and traceability. * Monitor and analyze institutional quality and patient safety indicators. * Support mandatory committees by analyzing data and developing action plans. * Conduct training and educational initiatives on quality, safety, and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Nursing, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Quality Management or related areas is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Epimed and Interact systems is desirable; * Experience in the quality field, preferably in a hospital environment; * Must reside in the Florianópolis region. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Meal Allowance – Pluxee Multibenefit Card (Sodexo); * Transportation Allowance; * UNIMED Health Insurance Plan; * Amil Dental Dental Plan, extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass), extendable to dependents; * Tuition Assistance for courses; * Training platform.
