Job Summary:
Professional to handle HR department routines, including payroll processing, benefits management, time tracking, and employee documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process employee vacations;
Provision payroll accounting entries;
Input and verify payroll information;
Manage benefits processes and consignable margin;
Monitor and adjust employee time records;
Prepare and issue employment contracts and other related documents;
Support employees and managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
Practical experience in HR department routines;
Mandatory knowledge of labor legislation and calculations (practical test required);
Solid experience in vacation calculation.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree in progress (Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields).
