In this role, you will support modeling, documentation, and quality control activities for projects, directly contributing to the organization, standardization, and efficiency of the team’s BIM deliverables.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the development and updating of the Level of Information Need (LOIN) documentation and IDS in accordance with BIM uses defined in the BEP.
* Assist in modeling, documentation, and element quantification activities for projects.
* Perform basic model adjustments and corrections under team guidance.
* Support the verification of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation.
* Contribute to improvements in operational processes and workflows.
* Assist in developing and applying automations and routines to optimize team activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Availability to intern 30 hours per week;
* Availability to intern in a **hybrid model** (**2 days per week onsite in Florianópolis/SC**, and **3 days remote**);
* Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or Building Construction Technology;
* Must reside in Florianópolis or surrounding region.
**Experience**
---------------
* No prior experience required.
* Academic projects, courses, or activities related to BIM and modeling are desirable.
**Technical Knowledge**
--------------------------
* Basic knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Familiarity with technical documentation and quantity take-offs.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
----------------
* Knowledge of Dynamo.
* Knowledge of Python.
* Experience with BIM automations.
